Title: A Year in an English Garden: Flicker & Pulse
Post by: mumofstig on October 24, 2017, 14:10
Did anyone else watch this on BBC4? It was fascinating, and very different, with lots of time lapse/flicker camera work and the contrast of seasons. The sound track is sparse with only little passages of narration, so I wasn't sure at the start, but by the end I had thoroughly enjoyed it  :D

You can still watch it here

I watched it too, very interesting, and quite artistic. With little narration, the garden spoke for itself and the photography was lovely.  I too would like to know more about the people, but then I guess it would turn into another well known weekly gardening program!

Just watched ‘A year in an English Garden’ on iPlayer whilst enjoying my butternut squash soup and curry veg pastie.  If you get the chance it’s well worth watching.
