i thought about growing some swede in either paper pots or peat pots  i know some of you didn't think growing carrots this way was a good idea your comments most welcome o this topic

It's still a bit early to start swedes, but when you do I'd recommend paper pots over peat any day. peat has a tendency to not break down well, which can cramp root growth.

i agree also, did loads last year in paper pots, but not till mid to end of april, then its swede heaven, mashed with horseradish  :happy:
