Hi all my cucumbers need potting up now and my bell and chilly peppers in a week or so can I pot them up deeper like toms to get a better plant

In a word, yes!

Don't over-water the cukes though, they only need half an excuse to die and it often results from the base of the stem rotting.

Will that apply to all of the cucumbers peppers and chill ?

I always plant my peppers and chillies up to the seed leaf when I plat out with no issues. Not sure about the cukes though, I tend to plant them on a small mound to prevent them getting too wet and rotting.
