shoulder of pork bought at Christmas,looks like we shall have plenty of crackling :)hubby loves it,i will have 1 piece and he can have the rest :nowink:,only joking we shall share it :D.Also roast spuds and runner beans from last summers crop.

Lamb shanks in the slow cooker with a tomato and harissa sauce, cous cous to go with.  The whole house smells lovely .

Cooked lamb from the freezer,heated up in gravy,roast potatoes, red cabbage from the freezer,sprouts from the plot,carrots ,peas,gooseberry & mint jelly.

Noticed that an Uchiki Kuri squash has a 'dodgy' patch starting, so I'll stuff it with savoury veg rice and roast it.
Blitz the leftovers for soup for the freezer.  :)
