Lemon chicken and vegetable couscous here tonight, just to be different. 

And it doesn't involve parsnip.

Lamb leg steak with green beans, peas and wedges - don't forget the mint sauce

Lamb shanks in the slow cooker with a tomato and harissa sauce, cous cous to go with.  The whole house smells lovely .

Baked trout with boulangere potatoes,peas,carrots, & freshly picked purple sprouting broccoli

Roast chicken with plot veg - spuds, swede & cabbage.

The Monday glums are here - ham, chips and coleslaw have been promised as a light at the end of the tunnel for tea tonight!

Cooked lamb from the freezer,heated up in gravy,roast potatoes, red cabbage from the freezer,sprouts from the plot,carrots ,peas,gooseberry & mint jelly.

Mushroom, garlic and red pepper tagliatelle with lots of Parmesan, green beans on the side.

Cottage pie yesterday with lots of veg and butter beans in it.  Plot cabbage on the side.

Keema-style lamb stuffed marrow, on buttered charlottes tonight.  Only 5 more marrows to go....

Fish pie with plot grown parsley & sprouts, maybe pub if there’s more to pick when I go for the parsley 😊

Sausage casserole (a bit of a veg rack clear!) with little potatoes cooked in it - all in the slow cooker.

Noticed that an Uchiki Kuri squash has a 'dodgy' patch starting, so I'll stuff it with savoury veg rice and roast it.
Blitz the leftovers for soup for the freezer.
