just wondering,we have 3 decent sized pumpkins left on plants in the lottie after harvesting our largest one,they are still yellow ,how long can i leave them out for?would they still change colour if i picked them.i have already picked several tennis ball sized ones this week that ive put into soups as i know its too late for them.would this help the ones left on mature quicker

thanks,going round there this afternoon so will get them picked,the last couple of evenings have been pretty cold up here
