Not meaning to rub salt into the wound, but we have just been given a chest freezer- it's full but I have no idea hwat I've got most of the time- what do people recommend for freezer baskets?  I'm only 5ft and can't get to everything   don't want to spend ebay £20 per- wire baskets.
Thanks

When I had a chest freezer I invested in the wire baskets. They are a bit of an outlay at first but I found they more than paid for themselves in the time I didn't spend looking for stuff in the freezer.

It was also easy to have a freezer inventory book to remind me what I had and what needed to be used.

I have to say that as I have got older I have invested in upright freezers as it is so much easier to get to things and easier to defrost.
