What do you make of those funky ovens?
I love the way that the door slips out of the way!

They've had those for a few of the series I think, they're NEFF, my sons got one & I will too in my next house

Ooh I've not noticed the ovens - will pay attention to those on Wednesday!

Has anyone else been watching the Jo Brand 'extra slice' each Friday? Is very funny....

Extra slice is the best bit

When Jo asked Rosemary Shrager to get to the point because she didn't actually have time to fall into a coma, I nearly fell off the sofa laughing

I did rather laugh at Rosemary teaching Julian Clary and Richard Coles to knead that bread!!
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

Woman cannot live by bread alone , she must have cake , biscuits cheese and the occasional glass of wine .🍷

Yep, shame the producers couldn't resist over-editing to construct more drama and stir up a witchhunt. It's left a really bad taste.

Yes the oven doors are funky but I wouldn't want to be on my hands and knees checking how the baking is going
Really enjoying the programme though. Didn't watch the last series. Usually watch it on i player as I can never remember which night it is on.

Yeah. Couldn't agree more. that was really naughty of the producers.

Perhaps trying to add a little unnecessary soap type drama.

Have seen some of the series, wasn't there  a 'scandal' the other week where one of the contestants took something out of her fridge ( put there by mistake by another contestant)  which then melted. He got voted out and she carried on.   Some press coverage ensued.

This may be a daft question , why are they baking in a tent??
we also rescue rabbits and guinea pigs, grow own veg
