Agree with Mum - aphids come in all colours (well, they don't actually but they certainly do reddish-pink!)
Sow your seeds, plant your plants. What's the difference? A couple of weeks or more when answering possible queries!

Thanks for that, their all over my chillis in the poly.
I tried  spraying rhubarb leaf juice, all that did was make me sick :wacko:

A weak washing up liquid and water solution usually does the trick, try to spray when the sun isn't on the plants - and repeat as required.
