I planted some Japanese Radish on my allotment.It has grown well but many plants have gone to flower and only small or very thin radish.Only few plants have not grown to flower and the radish are about 6 inches.
What have I done wrong?What I must do better for next time?

Nothing you have done wrong. Sow some now! Cool weather crop. Excellent for over-winter.

I'd just dispose of them.

Hold in mind, you might be a bit late for sowing these for over-wintering, find a sheltered site for them, do sow them next year in August.

I have found the one I have tried extremely fast growing.   I sowed 3 in early August to try them out.  We've eaten one already, it got to 9" long.   The other two aren't quite as big yet, but seem happy remaining in the ground and are still growing.

Flavour good. Have used in stir fry and a stew.  I think they'd do well in a curry in place of turnip.
