A few of my ex bats are sneezing, but still feeding (Well acting like theyv never been fed and intent on eating everything and anything!)

I put ACV and garlic into there waters (seperate)

Anything else i can do to help them get rid of the sneezing? there isnt any/much snot, just the occasional sneeze today,

yes new sawdust, it was given to me...

Try without any sawdust for 3/4 days and see if it is that.

Good idea, but at the moment i dont have access to any hay/straw, my local farmer is having a few issues i think (he wont return my calls)

If i dont use anything on the floor, will it effect anything?

makes cleaning harder... could you tear up newspaper into strips?
