I wouldn't have thought so. Not sure but someone should be along soon to answer your questions. They might need more information though, to help with a diagnosis  :)

they can do the odd sneeze without there being anything wrong (perhaps dust up their nostrils) you need to keep a watch for bubbly eyes, swollen sinuses and snotty noses.
Staffies are softer than you think.

No runny nose or eyes. She is not as active as the others but is still eating and drinking.

check to see if her face is swollen as well - I have had 2 of mine at the vets today - they have gotton snotty noses and gungy eyes over the weekend and now have swollen sinuses so they are on antibiotics (had some aureomycin in stock) and got some metacam today from the vets to help with the swelling. Had to get them weighed for the correct dosage of metacam - these birds are really tiny sablepoots and she only weighs 450 grams, he weighs 700g so had to then have special syringes to measure their dosage. They had been kept seperate in a run for a while as he was having to fend off amorous advances from another cockerel   ;)

My sneezing hen now has a runny nose, she is still eating and drinking. Is there any thing I can give her or is it a trip to the vets.

Bogof I have removed your second post as it was the same as your last one that you made 20 mins earlier.
If she was mine I would take a visit to the vets - she may need some antibiotics. There are quite a few respiritory infections around at the moment.
Some antibiotics have quite and extensive egg withdrawal so please ask your vet about this as well.

Thanks for the help. She is not laying as yet but is there any antibiotics that don't have egg withdrawal?

my vets prescribe aureomycin which although it doesn't say egg withdrawel whilst using I always do but then after 1 day after using it you are ok.
But different vets use different antibiotics and some are suitable for different illnesses.
