OK so how do I use it anyone give me a clue

pick soft fruit as it comes into season make a layer of it in the bottom of the crock cover with sugar and then another layer of another fruit   till near full then  cover each layer  with brandy or rum try and make it through the season of fruit harvesting so maybe strawbs then raspberries right up to brambles , then eat the mush and drink the booze

Lovely on Cornish ice cream or in a fruity thick shake with a kick, not for the kiddies that one though... I got mine from a charity shop and can't wait to use it next summer.

:lol: the way i do it is a pound of fruit the half apound of sugar then cover with rum start with strawberrys i have got a few different recipes i can email them if you would like
in my 3rd year of allotment and still learning
