You have:

2 ends each 3.1m x 2.2m = 13.64m2

2 sides each 3.2m x 2.2m = 14.08m2

1 top 3.2m x 3.1m = 9.92m2

Total = 37.64m2

Did it really tell you to do THAT on the packet?

Might be easier to find out the size of the netting you want to buy, as it's usually sold in set widths whaich you buy by the metre  ;)

I reckon you'll need 13.9m plus a bit for overlaps of something at least 3.2m wide - which could be 4m.

Just collect lots and lots of holes then tie them together with plastic string until you have enough!    Cheers,     Tony.

Width: 3.1 + 2.2 +2.2 = 7.5mtrs
Length: 3.2 + 2.2 + 2.2 = 7.6mtrs

I'd go for 8x8mtr netting just so you've got an overlap to fix to the ground.  I use tent pegs for the fruit cage.

Where's your plot Scouse?  I'm in Dunbabin Road.
