Very windy here now, I've brought lots of potted stuff indoors from the garden, the rest will have to fend for itself.

Next weeks forecast looks better (so far)

Was hoping for a nice dry warm summer now its back to being like last year, absolutely rubbish

Was down the plot this morning, trying to stand up in the wind, when there was this tremendous crack. Turned around to see a large branch from one of the 100' high trees descending onto a neighbours blackcurrants.

He'll be pleased as he's complained to the council about the safety, (or not), of the trees before, but I reckon he's got a bit of come back there.

Glad it's not only us! :( windy windy windy.. walked in the woods with the dogs which was lovely. But noticed my hanging basket (big long type on a chain) has swung into the wall.. and scrapped off one of my hanging plants :( :( so.. i've put the flower heads in a rose bowl in the hope we'll get something out of them. :( Hubby has adjusted the basket so it's not hanging on the chain now, so hopefully it won't be so bad.  :?
