How long to Warrens and Black Rock hens lay for??

They will lay for as long as they live but at a very much reduced rate as the years go on.
The first season is the best followed by slightly less but bigger eggs in the second season. After that, the egg laying capability tends to be come reduced and they are not really economic to keep. Its not everyone who has the stomach to turn their old gals into soup though.
