Liming brassicas after planting
« on: June 17, 2013, 17:38 »
Hi all.
as its my first year (terrible excuse i know) i decided not to lime my brassica bed. but ive since noticed that i have nettles and creeping buttercup (which is an indication of acidic soil) so, would it do any harm to put a scattering of lime around the base of the plants now they have been firmly in the ground for a month?

Thanks.
