Title: Small perennial for cemetery max 12” wide x 10” depth

Hi
I am a veg grower and no nothing about plants.
I want a perennial restricted by the above to go on my dads plaque.
Can anyone please recommend something because I realise these measurements are restrictive.

I would have a look in the Alpine or Rockery plant section at the garden centre.  There are lots of nice things you could choose  :)
