Haven't got a recipe, but an anecdote.
Once tried making my own liver pate, but didn't realise
1. Liver crunches when you put it through a mincing machine -horrible sound.
2. How much blood there is in a pound or so of liver.
Kitchen looked like I'd murdered someone.
Good luck.
I started out with nothing.....and I've still got most of it.

Add some cranberries.

Can't imagine there's much more to it than that.  Experiment!

thats exactly what I do, I make pork liver pate, and add the cranberries to it.  Mrs Bouquet
