Bread machine question
I've used all sorts of flour and yeast in mine and the only time I had a bad loaf was when I tried to do a gluten free one for a friend. Tried three times an ended up with an unrisen brick every time :?

I have made gluten free bread that was ok but it didn't compare well with "real" bread. I had to have jam or marmite on to disguise the taste

Bread machine question

I would like to say a thankyou to all the members who took the time to anwer and pm me.  After lots more goes my bread now comes out looking like bread and even better, tasting like bread. The wholemeal took some figuring out but added more flour in the end and its now seriously yummy.  No more shop brought bread for our house.

Thankyou once again

Claire
