Daffodil novice needs advice
« on: June 22, 2018, 10:34 »
I had a plastic trough of daffodils in Spring which have long flowered and the tops died off.

Do I simply leave them in the trough looking dried up and tatty?  Or do I remove the bulbs, dry them, store in the shed and replant in Autumn?

Thanks.

I'd empty them out and keep them dry until autumn so you can use your trough for something else.
I work very hard so don't expect me to think as well.

I take the tops off and leave the bulbs there, planting over the top of them. Seems to work Ok for me  :D
