a lot of people have said about eating flower so had a look on the web to see what i can eat and found this web site

Thanks for that, I knew about some of those, but not others. Out of interest, it says that basil flowers are edible, but I also read that you shouldn't eat basil leaves once the plant is flowering. Anyone else heard this or know the science? Chemical change in the leaves or untrue?

I've never heard of that one...I just nip the flowers off and carry on eating ;)
