Can you use bruised fallen apples for cider
« on: September 30, 2011, 20:18 »
As the title suggests, I have some bruised fallen crabbies to add to some eaters for a prospective cider brew. Does it matter if they are bruised? I was thinking of about a 25% crabbbie to eaters, is that OK?
