Busy day in the kitchen on Thursday. Curried Banana Chutney, a few extra Spicy Pickled Onions, and a new one for me, Mincemeat for Mince pies etc.
 Never one to blow my own trumpet, .....(Wot?????) but it does taste rather good.
 Might be the Brandy in it!!!!!!

I've got to do another batch (or 2) as it's  proved so popular.
Must make sure I keep some for myself this time!
