Why why why did no one tell me this is the tastiest jam ever. I have always done jelly but the jam is superb and seen as I have jelly left from last year still it also stops hubby moaning about already having that one.

Yum yum yum

I have always done jelly, but am not surprised they make luscious jam as well.

This year I have made jostaberry jam (having done jelly last year) as I didn't have time to drip even more jelly, and it is truly scrumptious too  :D

Did you sieve the seeds out or leave them in BQ?

I have some redcurrants in the freezer from the fruit picking.
I was going to do jelly and icecream but I might be persuaded to do jam.

Looking forward to having our own fruit bushes up and running next year.
