My Lidl has some raspberry canes in store which are pretty cheap, theres not much info on them though, no name or even if they are summer or autumn ones.

Has anyone grown these before or have any more info on them?

they are probably summer fruiters mind you i bought summer fruiters for my garden and they fruit from june and are still fruiting

Picked up my trees this morning, two plum Opal and President, was only going to buy one but it was two for £8  :)

I've just spalshed out and bought a Bramley, Cox's, Stella Cherry and a Comice Pear.  All a good size, Bramley battered a bit but I have high hopes for next year.  The asparagus crowns I got from Lidl a couple of weeks ago are going great, potted them up in the GH and got some 2" spears!  Not sure what time of year they think it is, maybe they've been talking to my Lidl strawbs which have loads of flowers on!
