I noticed yesterday that some of my garlic has what looks to be seed heads on them. Do I need to chop them like you do with onions, will they not store well now?

some varieties do this, can't remember which types now though 
Just cut the flower scapes off and use them in stir fries YUM. The bulbs should still store ok

Do you know, you can buy packs of these in posh supermakets like Booths? That's got to be a good earner!
