Hello, does anyone know what this plant is?

It's a Lilly,with lots of little bulbils in the leaf axis, you can take them off & plant them up in gritty compost & grow them on to maturity. Perhaps wait until they get a bit bigger,keep an eye on them & when you notice some start to drop off. As to the sort of Lilly possibly an Asiatic?

Yes I agree with Snowy... a lily. It might be one of the taller trumpet lilies, looking at the narrow leaves. Nice find!
