Title: are celeriac leaves edible?

can I use the leaves of celeriac in any way, ie as a veg or as a herb leaf in soups n stews? I just hate to throw them away as they smell so lovely, thnks folks!

yes you can use them in your soup or stew but VERY sparingly as they are strongly flavoured  :D
