BBQ' s ?
« on: November 06, 2006, 10:19 »
Hi All,

I have been looking for something like this for ages, and was wondering if anyone on here had beaten me to it and has had time to road test it?
I'm not in any way connected with the company, just wanting a proper review!

Thanks in advance!

 :)
Best Regards,

spud

Hmm had a look at the stuff on the web. Never tried one looks like it's a bit small still depends how many you're cooking for and I'd agree with Hayles doesn't look like fun to clean.  But has anyone found any BBQ easy to clean???

A gimmick that will be a devil to clean?  BBQs don't need cleaning; they get blacker in time, but you need something to hold the rust together...

So that's £80 saved by the forum or about 12p for each member of the forum.  Will that be cash or cheque? :)

I think it looks quite nice as a smoker (smokers are pricey anyway). I've been using my covered BBQ as a smoker for smoke-drying jalapenos into chipotles (yum!). I don't have a nice little tray like that one has so some of my jalapenos got lost in the ashes.
wistfully hoping to one day be mostly organic gardener in North London.
