Busy munching my way though my pickled onions at the moment. Does anyone know whether the vinegar can be reused after they are finished?

It gives a nice shine to hair when added to rinsing water and you can pop it down the lav to remove lime scale-not what I ever thought I would be saying on a lottie forum, but you asked!

Thanks guys.As a smoker lucky enough to have a den away from the rest of the family where I do my stuff and smoke happily away. Gets very smelly though. Have heard that if you put a egg cup full of vinegar it takes away the baccy smell. Will give that a try or otherwise its down the sink which seems a terrible waste.

Use it on your chips!

Vinegar that's flavoured by onions/ghergins etc gives a wonderful flavour to chips, and it means you aren't wasting anything :)
Organic where possible, unless it involves the snails that now seem to be eating the slug pellets for fun
