Mystique is a lovely cauliflower. Various suppliers offer it. Although the stated harvest is, as I recall, May, in fact they are ready a bit earlier in the UK as well as here in Spain.

Walcheren for me too. I'm chuffed with mine. Not a caterpillar in sight either  :tongue2:  I'd given up trying to grow cauliflowers but thought I'd have another bash at it. So last April I sowed Walcheren and I'm so glad I did.  Just sowed some more for next year  :)

soooo...you sow them now for next year is it ..seems a bit early   wont they be ready this  year

I sow mine a little later, but not much. Winter cauliflower have a much longer growing period than summer ones.
