Lambs liver, onions, mustard mash and mixed veg. So good I could eat it all again, but with a nice savoy cabbage instead of mixed veg   

I've switched to the winter menu this week too - beef stew tomorrow.

Very nice slow roast beef with home grown veg,peas, leeks, and runner beans,roast potatoes,and of corse yorkshire pud,and home made gravy.
Best sort of tea when the weather is nasty outside.

Meat pie and cabbage for lunch, leek and potato soup for tea, crusty rolls in the oven

Sirloin steak, fried onions,peppers & mushrooms, steamed carrots,cauliflower & freshly picked sweetcorn stripped from the cob

Just got in .... potato cakes on the griddle.  Fried eggs and baked beans to go with.  Pheew.

Pizza time!  One shallot and feta, the other anchovies and motz.

The last 2 HM rolls with cheese and tomato in with the rest of the leek and potato soup

Leftover pork in a spicy tomato and bean sauce over rice.

Chicken and cabbage (last of the summer cabbages) casserole, with a wholemeal round to mope up the juices. rice for the juices!

Left over pork cooked with beans and squash and apple and onion, with a little chilli ...  wholemeal scone round to mop up the juices.  Worked fine.

Cottage pie yesterday with plot spuds for the topping and a fair bit of plot veg in the filling.
