The rosemary in the garden snuffed it in the cold weather 
Then a few weeks ago I went into town and by the side of the municiple buildings I noticed loads of rosemary bushes, so I snapped off some little branches (well I pay my rates  ) and potted them up under a polythene bag.
I've just looked today and 4 out of 5 have rooted, so thanks Ashford B C
