Does anyone know if its okay to make leaf mold in a plastic darlek compost bin. Last winter I collected leaves and put them into black bin bags. I now have a third plastic compost bin and was wondering if leaf mold can be made in it.

It's best made in a chicken wire frame heap, and covered with a bit of carpet and left for a year or so, makes beautiful compost.
