Rhubarb

Is this a flower growing if so how do I get it out DoI let it grow a bit bigger then take it off

Looks like it. When it gets a bit bigger, pull it out.

O k thanks can I give it any feed or fertiliser the rhubarb it's only been in about this time last year

All I do is put a bit of compost or manure around the crowns when they die down in winter. Giving them some fertiliser wont do any harm though.
