What is the average egg weight? Why do I ask?  Well I have purchased the following.

Well I am going to worm the girls (chucks) also for project pig and project bee.  
And I wondered what the weight of an egg should be.

Our eggs prob average about 90g but the biggest might challenge those scales. They can approach 120g

It also depends on the chicken! Some will always lay smaller eggs (av 50g) some will consistently lay whoppers - and it doesn't depend on the size of the bird either!
