some chickens will peck at the eyes whereas others will ignore the rabbit. I would keep them in separate sleeping quarters though to avoid the rabbit getting poohed on from perching chickens.
Staffies are softer than you think.

We have four rabbits, two guinea pigs, 6 Quail and three chickens that live within our electric fence .
The guinea pigs obviously stay in a run, but the chickens sit on top of the run and the guinea pigs don't seem bothered by them at all.
Three of the rabbits run around free with the chickens (the fourth escapes under the electric fence so she has to spend her days with the G pigs)
We have two rabbit hutches and the chicken coop which we leave open whilst they're all out in the day, the rabbits go in the chicken coop and the chickens venture into the rabbit hutches to have a look. But none of them mind the others being around.
We've never had a problem with the chickens and rabbits being together they all just go where the feel like going during the day, but we do lock them all up separately at night.
One of the male rabbits does like to chase the chickens but they soon warn him off and he steers clear of them until they've calmed down. =)
4 Dogs: Stanley, Oscar, Borris and Scraps, 8 chickens: Prada, Mulberry, Alessi, Apple, Dior, Bobbi, Eve and Fendi, 2 Guinea Pigs: Rupert and Milo, 3 Rabbits: Louis, Daisy and Charlie 2 Fish: Sandy and Pebbles, 6 Quail
