anyone know what i can do with it ? iv got loads of the stuff but never used it in anything?

Lemon balm tea is quite nice and you can use it in any sweet or savoury recipe that needs a lemon flavour.

Beware, do not let it set seed as it will get everywhere.
Cheese makes everything better.

I hang bunches around the chook coop in summer, its very good as a fly repellent.
