I believe, (or so I'm told), that there are 2 types of Sweet Corn. The "hard shell", which is the best one for popping and the "soft shell" which is the preferred one for corn on the cob. But I have no idea what their names or types are. Can anyone enlighten me on this?. (Or am I just having my leg pulled). Thank you, arh.
