Cheers, because I am new to this, I think I got carried away to start and didn't note what things were.
Lesson learned for next year lol!!

it looks to me like  an pepper or chillie plant  could be wrog

Next year buy lots n lots of labels........you always think you'll remeber, but rarely do  :wacko:

Agree, i think pepper as it has quite large leaves wide leaves.

And most places sell peppers rather than chillies too.

Better still buy them this year at the end of the season keep your eyes peeled for bargins.

or scrounge some of those wooden stirrer sticks from coffee houses.  Break them approximately in half and you can use each one for labelling two trays/pots, using a pencil scrounged from IKEA to mark them up with.  Perfick for labelling up your pots of peppers.

or better still... cut up large yoghurt cartons into 3" x 0.25" strips and write on the white surface with a felt tip or pencil :)

oh, and i agree it looks like a pepper...

we bought some plants this year and they were labelled up as just cucumber or just pepper

our cuc has done really well so we want to grow it again next year but have no clue what variety it is  ::)

1st year of growing mistakes :)

Wilkos had 75% off seeds last weekend!! Almost fully stocked for next year :) I'll buy the parsnips when I come to plant them ;) Not sure about labels though, should've looked.

The pound shop has some great seeds, though I did buy some bargain tomatoes from a garden centre but when I got it home there was just soil and no seeds!!!!

Yes, peppers I think.  My Grandad always got us kids to walk along the beach collecting ice lolly sticks that had been thrown down in the sand to use as labels.  Quite yucky when you think about it but great labels!! :tongue2:
