after some folks asked for a topic on plucking and dressing a chicken for the table i am going to be doing this very soon with pics .... so watch this space ,we have some birds due to be done we got from grannie annie.. regs karl /anna

well i was gonna portion a chuck this weekend but aggy wasnt well to take the pics i wil be doing another ( the last one ,grannie ) duringt the week so i will sort it then :wink:

 incidently annie the chucks was bigggggggg 8.1/2 lb being the biggest
and 6 1/2 the smallest . average dead wieght was 8 1/2 the biggst being ,ten and a half pounds

Good weights Munty! Eaten one yet?  they are very nice!!!  But haven't tried the Mastergris yet.  The brown ones had nice thick breasts!!!!  (can I say breasts on here???)   :lol:
