[Blackpool rocket]

These Peonies are planted next to the Mesembryanthemums.

They were planted April/May they haven't grown at all and the leaves have been slowly turning "scorched"

What am I doing wrong?........

A few leaves on my peony are going like that. It could be sun scorch after rain has collected on the leaves or just a natural process of them slowly starting to die off - not sure.
