Title: Greetings from windy east anglia!
Post by: Beloved Porcupine on January 28, 2018, 22:05
I have played at gardening most of my 5+ decades.   My current garden is part of an old fen farmhouse.   There are veg, tree fruit, soft fruit, herbs, plenty of flowers and a 2 year old aluminium greenhouse.

We grow to the principles of organic gardening but not strictly.  Last summer I started to dabble with no dig and have been very heartened by the results.  That and regular pilates helps the back!  I like tech but hate waste and love homemade things rather than pay fot something (but I will pay if its worth it).

My interests are kind of wide ranging:  science, botany, biology (my background), encouraging wildlife, propagating, cooking (baking, jams, pickles, yogurt, bread, dehydrating, freezing), photography, travel, art, history, human rights, and sitting in a hammock, enjoying the garden and watching the stars with my partner and my cat.

 :)
