Hello
I tried to make cottage cheese with fresh lactose free milk and using white vinegar.
At first it wouldn't separate so I added one more (total three) tablespoon of white vinegar. It then separated and I strained it through a metal sieve as advised. However it really doesn't taste very nice at all. I have added salt and freshly ground pepper but.................

Has anyone else successfully made cottage cheese from lacto free milk? I used the Arla brand from Tesco from the fresh (refrigerated) area.
Any suggestions/comments gratefully recieved
