I grew some gherkin plants....but some have got to the size of short stumpy cucumbers...and gone golden yellow.  Can they still be pickled maybe in slices?
Any gherkin pickling recipes gratefully accepted too.

If you put 'pickle gherkin' into the main search box (click the search link immediately under the links at the top of the page) you'll find a number of threads to look through  :)
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...
