[Yorkshire Lass]

Does anyone have any interesting elderberry recipes?

My enthusiatic other half who LOVES foraging but then has no idea what to do with some of the things he has foraged and elderberries are one of those things.  I don't want to make wine or cordial, so all other suggestions will be gratefully received
