I have a few quince in my garden....are they all ones that you can use? And what do I do with them please?
and how ripe do they have to be?

Hard to answer without pictures please.  Some varieties only flower but if it has set fruit then they are probably edible

This is the quince in my garden. I used to play here when I was a child long before the houses were built and this is some of the original quince from then. So I know it is in excess of 40 years old, so an old variety me thinketh.  :roll: LOL!!
