Do brussel sprouts take longer to germinate that all the other brassicas?  I have grown cauli, cabbage and broccolli but am still waiting for the brussels to germinate.  Have i just got a duff batch of seed?

I don't know but I do know my red brussels came up a week or so ago and I am still wondering if the green ones are coming or not  I may have to give up on all that has not come through yet including lettuce and cabbage and just start again and keep a better eye on them?

Not in my experience, most brassicas up and growing within 2 weeks

Many thanks for your responses.  They have until the end of the weekend to make a show of themselves or they are for the compost heap and I'll hightail it down to the garden centre for replacements.
