How to remove burns from inside saucepan please

If not too bad, I tip some salt in it and scrub with plastic scourer, or if bad, boil up some washing powder in little water.  Softens it a bit.   X

Soap powder for me or Scrub it with some sand if it's not a non stick.horse tail is supposed to work as a scourer, I can send you plenty. :lol:

When i slightly  ::) overcooked some broad beans in a stainless pan it took several boils of vinegar to get rid of the stains .

What's wrong with a brillo pad? Works for me. Or if it isn't too bad then an eraser sponge.

I use household bleach, heating it up.

Adding more, as it works [you can see the black "dissolving"]

It smells a bit of chlorine, but it gets rid of really badly burnt on food residues.

I really badly burnt a pan last year and put soap powder with a little warm water in it.  It did take a couple of days and a couple of replacement lots of powder / water, but just leaving it to soak like that did the job.  All the burnt on stuff came off without any scrubbing.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days all attack me at once...

The coke got rid of some will try vinager and then washing powder.
