roady has had what looks like thrush in her ear lobe for the last year its only in one ear. none of the others have it so i suppose it isn't contagous, also i saw bitch get on top of one of my new girls and "mate" her i pushed her off but she wouldn't let go of her comb i had to forcably remove her! i am thinking this is a dominating thing and bitch is showing her who is boss.

the mating is a dominance thing . or the hen( bitch ) is having a hormone rush .it is not unknown for birds to change sex lol
as for the thrush try cleaning with dilute antiseptic drops on a cotton bud only on the outside
